Stamina

This refers to the yellow bar at the middle bottom of the screen that appears when jumping or guarding.
The bar will decrease whilst jumping, when it reaches 0, you can no longer jump.
The bar will decrease whilst guarding, when it reaches 0, you'll be no longer able to guard, however successfully guarding an attack stops the bar momentarily.
Each character has a different amount of stamina, which affects how high they can jump or how long they can guard.
